This private, Spanish-style villa is situated in a quiet road at km 6 of La Manga Strip, only a minute or so walk from a clean, sandy beach on the Mar Menor, when the sea is shallowand warm and hence ideal and safe for small children.
The whole property is well-maintained and tastefully decorated and the rooms unusually spacious, light, airy and full of character.
The large fitted kitchen/diner, with wooden dining table (and fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere) opens out onto the front terrace. It also leads to spacious airy sitting room, with wood-burning stove, two sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV, DVD player and internet connection.
Also on the ground floor, accessed from the hall, are bedroom 1, a double bedroom, with aircon and en-suite bathroom; bedroom 2, another double bedroom, with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom; with ceiling fan, plus a further bedroom 3, smaller, equipped with 2 bunk beds and floor fan.
On the first floor are two huge double bedrooms, both with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has two large single beds together and en-suite bathroom. The room also has a double sofa-bed.There are beautiful views of the Mar Menor from the windows and from the upstairs patio (provided with patio furniture), which is accessed from the two top bedrooms.
Bedroom 5, also has a double bed, sea views and access to the patio. Next to this bedroom is a spacious separate bathroom and toilet.
The inside of this villa already has a lot to offer guests, but the outdoor areas really enhance the pleasure of staying in this villa.
The 8 x 4m, well-maintained pool is at the side and is provided with sun loungers. There is also a drive-way for off-street parking for two cars. The rest of the villa is surrounded by mature, well-kept gardens. There are various outside patio areas and a large private shaded seating/eating area for up to 10 people, at the back of the property in a shaded courtyard setting, where there is a barbecue.
There is also a large roof-top sun terrace with great views of the nearby Mar Menor.
