Los Molinos is in a community of similar villas surrounded by extensive sub-tropical gardens. As this is one of the first villas you reach in the Los Molinos Community, it is in an ideal location, just across the road from the pool and pool-side restaurant, with parking literally on your doorstep. Its location also means you avoid the huge number of steps you find getting to many of the other Los Molinos villas.
The villa comprises a spacious lounge/diner with lovely uninterrupted views of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean. The living room leads onto a balcony through sliding doors. You can also access the large roof terrace from inside the villa. It has two bathrooms, and two double sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds: there are fitted wardrobes, bedside tables in both and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the communal gardens. Facilities in the villa include satellite English TV, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, microwave and safe.
Outside the villa there is a private balcony with built in bbq, table and chairs for up to 6 people, in addition to the private roof terrace. The community pool is one of the best pools in La Manga Club. The pool restaurant is also very popular with Club visitors for lunch or a snack. In addition, it has themed evenings during the summer. The Famous Tennis Academy is only 10-15 minute stroll away.
